You will be able to place orders on our website throughout the festive period but please be aware of our Festive delivery times for 2023. For orders placed before 1pm, we aim to deliver:

  • Orders placed after this - Delivered after 2nd January
  • Deliveries will return to normal after Monday 2nd January

WEB RETURNS


Our company is committed to providing customers with high-quality products, excellent service, and competitive prices. If you receive a product that has been damaged during transit or is not the product you ordered, we request that you Contact Us within three business days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide photographic evidence to support your return. If you discover a faulty product, please inform us within seven business days of delivery and include the product and batch number when returning the item, along with its original packaging. We will conduct a thorough investigation and offer a replacement or refund as needed.

Please note that any requests to modify orders must be made immediately, as we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once the order has been packaged and shipped. Orders placed between 12 pm on Monday and Friday will be shipped that same day.

In the event that you mistakenly order a product from our website, we will happily replace or refund the item provided that you return the original product to our us at your expense, in an unused and saleable condition. Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that are not in a saleable condition or that are returned after the seven day return period. Once we have received and inspected the product and verified that it is in a saleable condition, we will issue a full refund for the original purchase price.

Please note, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

If you wish to return or obtain a refund for a MasterChef product you have bought from a retailer, and not through us.masterchef.com, you must contact that retailer direct as the payment and sales agreement is with them. We are unable to accept returns or refund request for other retailers.

We currently only sell in the US, UK, and EU - and any MasterChef branded product bought outside these areas is not one of ours. This is especially notable in Australia, South Africa, India and from Canadian Tire.

The beloved feature of any cake accessories, the saving grace on all baking mixers: the turbo feature. Alongwith the 5 differing speed settings on the MasterChef hand beater, there is a 6th 'T' turbo function for foods such as meringues or whipping cream that require momentum and aeration to reach the desired consistency.

Though the main frame of this state of the art whipping machine is constructed in a durable, non-waterproof stainless steel, all of the attachments are completely dishwasher friendly. Simply pull them out (ensure your machine is switched off first to prevent any accidents) and throw them in the cutlery section of your dishwasher! Whilst we always recommend hand washing for any stainless steel goods, if you're in a rush you can dish-wash without fear of oxidisation.

Though this handheld mixer is primarily used for beating eggs, rustling up a batch of chewy meringues and churning out baked goods in 1/5 of the time, the MasterChef food mixer also comes with stainless steel dough hook attachments. Kneading tough can be tiresome and technical work. Giving your dough enough elasticity and aeration without overkneading is a skill acquired through practice - but not with this dough mixer. Utilise the dough hook attachments to breathe life into your next loaf of bread or pizza without the risks over over-handling making your dough dense and chewy.
