The four generations are split into teams as they take on their first field challenge - cooking a healthy and hearty meal for professional soccer players. The chefs must work together to cook over 100 portions of food and the pressure intensifies as the generations collide. Both teams compete head-to-head in hopes of scoring a win and earning the safety from elimination in the all-new “LAFC Field Challenge” episode of MasterChef: Generations.

Millennial Anna, who had the Immunity Pin, paired her generation with the Baby Boomers to form the Red Team, while Gen X and Gen Z formed the Blue Team. Anna led the Red Team, and Becca captained the Blue Team.

The challenge was to prepare an elegant dinner for Los Angeles FC players, coaches, and VIP guests at BMO Stadium, serving 100 portions. Each menu needed a protein, sauce, starch, and vegetable. The Blue Team chose steak, and the Red Team chose halibut.

Neither team finished the service completely: the Blue Team was 12 plates short, and the Red Team was 6 plates short. Despite this, the Red Team won the challenge. Anna, as the Red Team captain, earned an advantage for the next week. She expressed relief and gratitude for her team's effort.

The judges then focused on the Blue Team for elimination. Becca was scrutinized for her leadership, while Adam and Chris were criticized for the steaks. Gordon Ramsay called the meat station’s performance an "embarrassment." In the end, Chris was sent home, with Gordon stressing the importance of responsibility and teamwork.

Chris accepted his elimination with pride, acknowledging his mistakes and looking forward to showing his growth to his family. "I fought hard and learned a lot," he said.
