We pride ourselves on providing a fast and efficient delivery service throughout the US with our shipping partners. Our delivery timescales are based on the order being placed and confirmed by 12pm on Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

Our shipping partners delivery dates are an estimate and can be affected by aspects outside their control, such as third-party service delays, weather, traffic, government interventions and delivery location. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, please Contact Us with your order number.
WEB RETURNS
Our company is committed to providing customers with high-quality products, excellent service, and competitive prices. If you receive a product that has been damaged during transit or is not the product you ordered, we request that you Contact Us within three business days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide photographic evidence to support your return. If you discover a faulty product, please inform us within seven business days of delivery and include the product and batch number when returning the item, along with its original packaging. We will conduct a thorough investigation and offer a replacement or refund as needed.
Please note that any requests to modify orders must be made immediately, as we are unable to make any changes or cancellations once the order has been packaged and shipped. Orders placed between 12 pm on Monday and Friday will be shipped that same day.
In the event that you mistakenly order a product from our website, we will happily replace or refund the item provided that you return the original product to our us at your expense, in an unused and saleable condition. Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that are not in a saleable condition or that are returned after the seven day return period. Once we have received and inspected the product and verified that it is in a saleable condition, we will issue a full refund for the original purchase price.
Please note, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
RETURNS FROM ELSEWHERE
If you wish to return or obtain a refund for a MasterChef product you have bought from a retailer, and not through us.masterchef.com, you must contact that retailer direct as the payment and sales agreement is with them. We are unable to accept returns or refund request for other retailers.
We currently only sell in the US, UK, and EU - and any MasterChef branded product bought outside these areas is not one of ours. This is especially notable in Australia, South Africa, India and from Canadian Tire.
